I run and hit the ball in the air. I land and look at my arm. "OW! It's red!" I say rubbing it.

I grab the ball. "This is hard. Let's just talk. Anyway, I have these awesome powers. Can make people fall in love with me."

A random boy walks in. "Hey Emalyn."

I snap my fingers.

"Oh Emalyn, I love you, Will you Marry me?" I run up and kiss her, then run off.

"See?" I say, grinning.

"Well Hi, Em." I say. "I'm Silena Ellison, daughter of Demeter." "I have only one power." I turn towards the grape vines and put my hand up. The vines shoot out and grab a tree and pull it down. "I can control plants but it drains my fighting powers." I explain.

"Cool!" I say, my eyes wide. "I don't wanna tell you my life story, but. My sister is Jocelyn and she's really girly. I'm always thought of as a tom-boy. I was into it at one point, but not anymore. I feel like Aphrodite kids are EXPECTED to be all prissy and whatnot. My sister's been basically brainwashed, but." I sit down and sigh, mixed emotions flowing through my messed up brain.

I walk over and push up the tree and walk back. "Oh yeah, I've heard of Jocelyn around here." "She doesn't have the best rep in camp" I say trying not to hurt her feelings.
