Powers**:Control of the light in the room (Can increase to semi-blinding levels or decrease to near dark levels)
Flaws***:Can't see in the dark very well (More so than regular), annoying, impulsive, cocky
Pets:Pheonix
Weapon****:Sword that has a sun beam on the blade
Talents/Skills:Blades skills, kickboxing, guitar
RP Example*:I run to the camp hill. There was a dragon sitting on the hill. It reminded me of my pheonix in a way. That was strange because they were nothing alike. I run up the hill and into camp.
Biography*:Lest Black was born in a small city in the rural parts of California. He was raised as a son of royalty would be. This confused him because they were living in a rural area. His house wasn't very little though. He had family who had come to camp but they were now gone.

| Yes depending on how much of a change in light and darkness of the area and how big the area is. Normally only about 1/16 of his energy is drained each time for small changes. | |
