Blaze, Son of Apollo

Dirty blonde hair, blue eyes. 5' 6". Muscular, but lean and slightly skinny.

God and mortal parent: Son of Apollo and Susanne Savianno

Powers**:
Can heal quickly (both himself and others). Takes far less effort in the sunlight, but still tires him out. In the sunlight, he can heal about five wounds per day. If he is forced to heal out of the sunlight, he can only do a small wound and it will drain his powers for the rest of the day. He has an advanced healing rate in the sun and this doesn't drain him, but it isn't very quick. (2x faster than normal) He can speed heal himself if he wants, but that affects him the same as if it were another person.

Flaws***: Terrible with heavy weaponry. Can use a light sword, but only has mediocre skills. A complete absence of sunlight weakens him.

Weapon****:
Bow and Arrow- shrinks into mini bow 2" long to fit in pocket. Also has a quiver that shrinks to 2" and shrinks the arrows inside. (celestial bronze arrows) Also carries small celestial bronze dagger.

Talents/Skills: Good with music. Good at archery. Fast runner, has an odd knack for swimming. Is able to sense anything related to archery. (I.E- could tell when an arrow was heading towards him or whether it would miss).

RP Example*:
Blaze walks up a hill with a large white pine tree. He sees something golden hanging on the branches, and jumps back when he notices the dragon. When the dragon doesn't attack him, he continues on his way into Camp. He sees a bunch of cabins in a u-shape formation. As he walks into camp, he wonders what the other campers were like.

Biography*:
Apollo never told Blaze's mother the truth about who he was. Blaze grew up happily with his mother until the age of 12, when he experienced his first monster attack. A Scythian Dracanae shot a poison arrow at him, but he could sense its path and was able to dodge it. His mother was unable to see through the Mist, and had Blaze put in counseling when he tried to describe the monster to her. He met a satyr at his school and the Satyr explained about the Gods and who he was, although the satyr could not determine his Godly parent. The satyr gave him a small celestial bronze dagger, and was planning to escort Blaze to Camp Half-Blood, but was killed by the same Scythian Dracanae that attacked him the first time. He tried to warn the satyr, but it was too late. Blaze was able to dodge the arrows to escape and he knew he must get to camp, but he didn't know where it was.

He wanted to go home, but Blaze wouldn't risk the monsters coming back and attacking his mom. A junior empousa found him, but he was in direct sunlight, and this gave him the power to break free of the trance. He tried to stab the empousa with his dagger, but missed. When the emposa was about to kill him, Apollo came in disguise. He killed the empousa and left Blake's bow sitting on a log, along with a not that explained how to shrink the bow, how to make sun arrows, and how to get to Camp. The note was signed 'from your father- Apollo', but Blake never saw him. He reached Camp Half Blood without further incident, and he just arrived at Camp.

Notes:

I moved the first power into talents/skills, deleted the second power, and I said sun arrows were the exact same as normal arrows under weapons.

I removed the sun arrows and added being able to heal. I like the idea of his healing power being stronger in sunlight, but I'll change that if you want.

Added more description to powers.
