2nd Roman Character,Romulus Regenald((real rp sample soon))

Description (hair and eye color, height, body type (skinny, muscular, etc) required):Brown Hair with Blonde streaks, light, mysterius blue eyes, sprinter's body but with swimmer's arms, five foot eight in height
God and mortal parent: Quirinus-Roman god of mysteries,powers, and a minor war god (he along with Jupiter and Mars formed the triad) and unknown, taken in by Dr. Regenald
Powers**:Romulus has three gifts(or powers), each dealing with the three aspects of his godly father
1.Mysteries: With this power Romulus is temporarily(about five minutes) able to either let those who can't see through the mist see through it or with those who can he is able to change what they see or make it so they can't
see through it. Ie: if someone could see through the mist and they saw a faun, he could change the view so instead they saw a deamon or other monster stampeeding at them full speed. ((can do this five times a day))
2.Power: Romulus is able to tell who around him has powers and what they are able to do, this part he does anyway and like 2nd nature, he is also able ,when it is being used,to either strengthen the power(s) or weaken them. (can do this up to ten people in a radius of up to 100 yards, for the stregthening/weakining he can do it five times a day, gota wait ten minutes between each use)
3.War: in a(n) fight, battle,war game, or anything of the sort if Romulus/his temates
start to loose his/their chance of victory goes up by 70%
Flaws:thinks he can do anything, self-centered, very mysterious, OCD, will do anything for his 'siblings', over analyzises things, not bad enough for glasses but bad eyesight, very superstitous (wont use his powers around anything with superstition or during a superstition), irrational fear of dioctors (wont go near infermary or ect.)

RP Example*:
Cain smirks having been secretly following a dashing blonde around all day, no to say that would be a lie as he only found her a couple minutes ago. But he has been roaming around Los Angeles, California all day tryong to find something to do while he waits for the sun to come down; and of course to his luck it did when he spotted the blonde. Chuckiling slightly to himself he smirks jumping from shadow to shadow until the Lord of Shadows gets bored and simply hitches a ride in blondie's own shadow, waiting for her to stop anywhere. Once again luck turns in his favor, oh what a lovely night this is for him, as she makes a break for it a wall of shadows cover the exit stairs and he himself rises up behind her arms crossed. Uncrossing his arms he takes out his onyx colord dagger placing it to her back as he speaks in his 'amazing' yet dark voice."Why do you run my pretty? Cain isn't going to hurt you, unless of course you like it rough, but you beauties these days don't seem to like it that way do you?"

The New York Va,pire smirks, fangs exposed, as he slithers the dagger up her back and around to her neck so she can see it and know it's there. Smirking as an idea forms he lightly cutting her throate with the dagger and as the blood drips onto the dagger he whisps it away to his mouth rolling his tongue around it. Pulling the dagger out of his mouth he lets out a satisfied sigh, loving the taste of her blood; O negative if he is right, the girl ha the rariest blood type in the world. One Cain haas only ever tasted twice in his life time but that was because he robbed a blood bank once, blood packs so not as good as from the source. "My, my, my, what wonderful blood you have. O Negative I believe, I wonder if the rest of you tastes just as good." He whispers out in a hushed tone letting the blade spin in between his fingers, ready to strike if need be.

Biography*: From a very early age Romulus was different from the other babbies in the orphanage. Always had a mysterius past, one of those story like adoptions, dropped off on the doorstep in the brisk of night only a name tag to identify himself; only to be adopted by a a strange man in a labcoat the next day. Since the time he was brought into Dr.Regenald's 'homble adobe' he too was raised the same way Trey and all the other children fate seemed to have cursed to be stuck with the wicked scientist. Dr. Regenald had an act for picking out 'gifted' children but when Romulus came along everything got a whole lot 'better'. For now Dr.Regenald could see who was a god, demi-god, and all the rest in the magical world. Like Trey before him Romulus was abused and tested on by 'the good doctor' only trying to advance the human race in anyway he can,and 'his' children were the best way he saw fit to do so.

OK for the second power how long does the power copying last, because even Rogue doesn't eternally have the powers she's copies.

Getting the same powers as people he touches.... Not too much of a fan of that. It gives him quite a wide range of powers, and that wouldn't be too fair to other people.

90% victory seems like a big boost, too....

With the power thing, sense he gets the same powers, he's got the same limitations (meaning he can only use the power ten times during those ten minutes and after that he can't use the power again until he touches the person again) and he also hss the limitations from the power he's taken except only lasts about ten minutes, the second thing I kinda figured;would 80% work?

80% still seems a stretch. 70% seems like the highest I'll go.

And still not a fan of the touch-and-get-powers power. After all, he can just go around in a battle, touch a child of a sea god, cause a storm, touch somebody else to try putting people to sleep, etc. I don't think that's fair, giving him such a wide range of powers to use if he could just find the right person.

and ehh it doesn't work like that, he has to wait a bit before he can go and 'snatch' a power as you put it he gets one power from one person, can touch two (but the powers are reduced)and if the kids got more than one power he only gets one of the powers.

Still not buying it.

even with the fact that he's gota wait ten minutes after the power is gone to 'snatch' another? Even when he does 'snatch' them the people get to keep their powers, and he has to touch their skin, if he touches armor or clothing it doesn't do anything...

what is so wrong with the power? I don't powerplay, he gets the same damn resteictions that the power has but if they could do anything more than ten times he can't go above it, why is it so bad? Yes, he gets a 'wide verity of powers' but he obly gets one every twenty minutes and it's not like he's gona run around stealing powers, it's a last resort kinda thing in a battle/fight or rp type thing ...

Listen, Cirque. This power thing makes him WAY too god-like, especially with the other powers he possesses. He can't have it, or at least to that great extreme, and that's that.

alright, so I gave in and changed the 2nd power, I realize I was being stubborn and unwilling to listen. Does the new one work?

Ok Just need to know one thing before reapproveing. For the stregthening and weaking part of his 2nd power. How long does this last before the powers return to normal strength

lasts about 3 to 5 minutes depending on how powerful the kid is or Romulus' concentration
