So I'm like, 'What the heck is going on?' Right, so I start screaming and flipping crap. So all of suddden everything gets dark. And I'm over there like, 'What the hell is going on?' And then I hear this voice that's telling me, 'Lily...I am your father.' And I'm like, 'Is this a marine version of Star Wars?' I was scared, not going to lie. And then all of a sudden I see this green dude. Like with a fish tail and all that jazz. I just...it was crazy. I got above the surface and my mom was freaking out. And I was like, 'Mom, don't eat the tuna fish here.'"

brief history:
Lily was brought into this world on October 16th. She grew up in a little house on the beach in Hawaii. Her mother got remarried when she was three and her step-father was really nice. His name was Ray and he knew how to surf, being a native Hawaiian. He taught Grace how to surf. Everyday from the time she was nine until thirteen, Grace would get up at four in the morning and go running along the shore, to get into shape for surfing competitions. She would surf from five until seven and from seven until three in the afternoon she was at school.
The island that she lived on was full of lush forests and wonderful people but Grace was just pulled to the ocean. This pattern continued until she was twelve. When she was twelve her mother told her about camp. Grace didn't care for the idea and said, 'Who cares. I'll just surf for the rest of my life.' Her mother made her pack up a few bags and they took a ferry to the mainland and set out on a cross country trip to New York.
Grace was very sad without the smell of the ocean constantly around her. As soon as they reached the camp, her mother said goodbye and departed. Grace was very sad when she reached the top of the hill. But, then, she saw the ocean in the distance. The Atlantic ocean. She had only ever seen the Pacific. Grace raced to the ocean, through the camp and onto the beach. She threw her stuff down on the ground and tore off her clothes. (wearing a bathingsuit underneath) She jumped into the water.

personality:
Grace is one of those classic beach bum girls that could easily find on Tumblr. She's a very carefree girl who has good intentions with life. She's just one of those girls that can find something good of anything. Grace is very easily distracted and doesn't do well with classes.
Lily's also one of those girls that other girls look at and think, 'stupid.' but Lily's not a stupid.
Lily doesn't really care what other girls say about her. She's just one of those really carefree, partying, summer people.
Lily isn't one of the type of people to say bad things about people, either. She likes gossip but only celebrity gossip.
Some people think Lily is kind of stupid. And in a way, she is kind of dumb. And just a tad air-headed. But that's not her fault. She doesn't like to think about deep stuff. She likes to think about simple stuff. She hates complex things. She's very simple.

physical appearance:
Lily has a tall, model-like frame. She's always had the weight of a model. Her legs being thin and her body being swimsuit nice. She wouldn't say perfect because she has several scars on her hip from where she hit a reef when she was twelve. Lily likes to stay in shape by being vegan and running on a daily basis. People have always wondered if she had an eating disorder. But she just likes fruit and water. Lily stands at a five foot seven frame. So she's not too tall, but still has a nice height. She has a very beachy appearance.
Lily's skin is a deep tan color. Not naturally like that, but, she did live in Hawaii for most of her life. And she has skin that's compatible with the sun. Lily does wear sunscreen...occasionally. She's not worried about skin cancer, though. Lily likes to wear lots of lotion, though. Usually Jergens or Aveeno. So she has a nattural glow to her skin.
Lily has long, dirty, blonde hair. She wants to bleach it, but doesn't think that'd be a good idea. It reaches down to about the middle of her back and is usually worn long and loose. Lily hardly ever puts product in it and sometimes brushes it. Brushing it just makes it frizzy.
Lily has a oval-shaped face with unnaturally shaped eyebrows. She waxes them herself with a little kit she got for her birthday. Lily's eyes are a soft blue in color. They aren't neon bright or super dull. But just a soft shade of blue, like little tidepools.
Lily has a very strange way of dressing. Most of her friends dressed the same way, too. She liked to wear smaller clothes to show of her body. Her grandmother used to tell her to use it while she had it because in a couple decades it was gonna be gone. Lily doesn't like to dress for winter and has never worn a coat in her life. A sweatshirt on rare occasions, though. She does enjoy sweaters around the time of Christmas, though. Lily's style wavers between boho and beach bum.

The most powerful thing that Lily has ever done was create a water bubble in the air. It was big enough for a small car. Lily doesn't generally test her powers or use them for fighting, really. She avoids using them as weapons. Instead she prefers to play around with them and doesn't use them much during the day. Unless she's been swimming ALL day. Then she gets really tired at the end of the day and sleepy.
Due to her "treasure hunting" power, Lily has gotten quite good at this power. She can swim around all day and find things. But she does get very tired at the end of her day.

weapons:
Lily doesn't care for fighting, but she does have a simple sword she keeps in her cabin. In case of emergency.

year-round or summer:
Year-round. Except for summer. Lily has a curious way of looking at things. Her mother lets her come home for the summer, but she stays there all year and does online schooling.

Lily has a small birthmark on her right toe. It's shapped like a turtle.

It was a balmy night out on the beach, with the waves crashing softly on the sand, and the seagulls crying in the distance, and the sounds of skaters' wheels on the sidewalks. The sounds all made for such a wonderful atmosphere. Lily Chevalier walked along the surf in the slight dark with the full moon shining bright over her head. Her toes dug into the lukewarm sand and her long hair was blown back in the breeze. She wore no shoes on that balmy night and a thin tank top with cutoff shorts. She wore her bikini underneath it all, just in case. Her iPhone was shoved in her pocket and bulged out just a tiny bit. She held a small bottle in her hand. It was holding Arizona tea.
A light swept across the beach and Lily looked out into the ocean. A boat was in the waters, alarmingly close to the shore. It didn't look particularly like an American boat. It looked like a...foreign boat. Lily's eyes widened. What if the islands were attacking each other? Lily dashed up beach, sprinting faster than ever before. This had happened many years ago when her grandmother was a child. 'What if it was happening again?' she thought as she pulled open the door to her grandmother's house. "Grandma!" she shouted. Her grandmother looked startled, sitting at the kitchen table working a puzzle. "What?"
"I saw something weird in the ocean." Lily blurted out, her eyes wide with fear.
"Was it a boat?" Grandmother asked calmly.
"Yeah... it was!"
"Then it was nothing." Grandmother said firmly. Lily sat down in a huff.

We don't allow Pontus, but we do allow Triton, which would be a good substitute for Pontus.

How many times a day can she use her powers? Most powerful thing she can do?

Ahhh...hmm...I didn't know Pontus was a forbidden god. Let me fix that.

Your form is AMAZING. ahaha. Just a couple really insignificant questions:
Is her sword Celestial Bronze?
Does her telekinesis drain her at all? Also, the treasure hunting this IS only underwater, right? (Just checking.. you said in the ocean but with some people... you can never be too sure xP)
Otherwise, once you answer those questions, it should be approved!

Though I have no comment on the form, I'd like to add something before I forget it once more.

Your form's format is beautiful, it really is, but next time, I'd prefer if you used the provided form at https://halfbloodmania.rpg-board.net/t165-character-form
I apologize, but it makes it easier on approvers if all the forms are, well, uniform, and we can easily spot points that need to be repaired. It's too easy to overlook things when we have to search through an unfamiliar format.
