Powers**: Rafael has basic elemental magic. He can use fire spells, such as defend himself with minor blasts of flames. He is also able to use a force field that can slow things down to half their speed. His ability to send things through empty space is more adept because he can control movement of inanimate objects.
Elemental powers are limited to small things such as fire being a short ball of fire to enough fire to cause a distraction. Only for eight minutes and only twice.
Force fields are only able to slow things not stop them. Only for three minutes and only four times a day. Depends on the size of the object or the number of items for how weak he gets. He will pass out if it is larger than a car.
Telekinesis is objects that are no bigger than a couch and only for five minutes and only eight times a day
Fatal Flaw*: Rafael is arrogant, so much so that it will cause him to reject help for anything.

RP Example*: Rafael felt the scar across his shoulder blades throb. The pain was beginning to increase while he ran and jumped over the many obstacles. Light streamed through the trees overhead but it wasn't bright enough to bother his eyes. As he arrived at the end of the course, Rafael swung his staff forward and shot a beam of energy forth and the lamp that he was moving went with it. Rafael swung around and drew his swords after sheathing his staff on his leg. The blades glowed with a reddish black aura that showed he was indeed the son of Hecate, the Greek goddess of magic. Two slashes later, the fledgling tree was chopped in three pieces. Rafael ran back toward camp and sheathed his swords.
Biography*: Rafael Gomez Montoya was orphaned at the age of 6 when his parents were killed in an airplane crash overseas. He went to live with his uncle, in Forest Hills, New York. Montoya was extremely bright but he was easily distracted and became a juvenile delinquent at Midtown High School. Montoya's shyness and scholastic interest often made him a social outcast. One evening Rafael attended a public exhibition demonstrating the restoration of ancient Greek weapons and armor. During the demonstration, a shadow appeared and a hell hound jumped into the crowd. Two satyr's charged the beast while tossing Rafael a short staff. The angered hell hound jumped on to Rafael's back, broke his skin with its fangs, and thrashed its body. Rafael spun his torso and jumped forward. His back burning from the attack, Montoya left the exhibition. Montoya made his way home and passed through an unfamiliar section of the city where he was accosted by a gang of hoodlums. Blasting the gang members with a brilliant display of fire, Rafael was astounded to find out he could use magic. As he fled from them, he ran into the path of a speeding car, and slammed his hand forward. To his growing surprise, he discovered that he was able to slow down the car with a glowing force field.
Rafael made it home and dashed into his room where he kept his old clothing and materials. When he reached the room, Montoya jumped into a set of Kevlar armor that he doubled over with a pair of denim jeans and hooded jacket. Rafael then took a mask that he had been designing and placed it on his face. The mask was in the shape of Dare Devil's but it was black and it had a netted part that extended down over his chin and mouth. The demi-god took up his only weapons, the staff and a couple of short swords that he had recovered from an armory that had been abandoned. Rafael Gomez Montoya left and went to Camp Half-Blood.
Other Notes: Yes this is based off of Spider-Man, Dare Devil, and Wade Wilson (Dead Pool)
