Personality(Are they angry, nice, friendly, unique, violent?): The archetypal Byronic hero, Jace gives the impression of holding most people in disdain but is quite chivalrous toward women. He is extremely arrogant, believing himself to be "the best demigod" and to be above others. He can also be very sarcastic if he wants to be and is shown to be very confident about his looks and has dated a lot of girls, with Aline stating that he "gets around." His charisma, good looks, and charm have made him quite the ladies' man, and he is implied to be somewhat promiscuous among girls.

Powers**: Inhuman speed: Jace is able to run at speeds of around 60 miles per hour flat sprint for about two minutes. He can average at 40 miles per hour on a good day for about five minutes. Jace is able to jog for ten minutes at 20 miles per hour. With this comes superhuman reflexes in the fact that he can dodge arrows and swords faster at about three times that of a regular mortal or twice as fast as another demigod.

High Jump: Wenet is the Hare Goddess of speed from Egypt. Because of this, Jace is able to jump up to fifteen feet straight into the air.

Jace jumped off of the top of the rock wall in a perfect backflip while falling with a grace unnatural to most but not to a demigod. He was about halfway down when Jace finished the backflip by catching a branch on a tree that had been fifty feet away and slowing his speed enough to drop and land lightly upon the ground below. He landed in a crouch with two Seraph blades drawn and at the ready, facing the opponent who had been completely surprised when Jace had climbed the rock wall. The girl was just turning around to see where Jace had landed when he was behind her with one arm around her throat and the other pinning her arms against her sides while he held the tip of a blade against her chest. "You lose, hun." Releasing, Jace stepped back and put both blades back into their sheathes.
Biography*:

Jace was born to Stephen and Wenet, goddess of speed. While he was just born, Jace lost his family.

Valentine, desperate for the baby he had been observing and knew was a son of a goddess, had Hodge Starkweather help him take the child from Stephen's arms. After faking his and his real son's death, Valentine took off with both Jonathan and Jace and raised them separately. He took the identity of Michael Wayland who was, in fact, the one he killed in his place.

Jace, believing his father was Michael Wayland, was raised by Valentine both lovingly and harshly. He instilled thoughts such as "To love is to destroy" into Jace's mind. Once, Valentine gave Jace a falcon to train, intending it to be a killing companion, not a pet. After taming it, Jace showed it to his father who broke its neck, saying that he was supposed to train it to become obedient, not to love him.
