| All around the practice field, there was the drama of people bonding over a shared interest in combat and swords and things like that while various NPCs in the background could be heard grunting as they swung weapons at the training dummies. This cacophony was joined by the grunting of one Ashigaru Yukikaze as he used both his katana and his telescoping 32.5 inch baton to whack away at the training dummy. He sheathed the baton and brought the katana down on the dummy's helmeted head with a two handed swung that carved through the dummy's head, bisecting it. In less than a second though, he sheathed the katana and pulled out the baton again, this time in a vicious upward motion that pulled the wooden head of the dummy off of its perch and sent it flying towards another person. Yuki looked at the trajectory of the flying debris and cupped his hands around his mouth.
"HEY! HEADS UP!" | |

| Out of the air flew a wooden dummy head that whistled with deadly force toward a tall and broad shouldered demi god who was wielding two stone headed war clubs while he spun in a small circle toward the dummy he was working on. Just as he was about to swing the clubs, the sound of the head hit his ears and he raised his clubs to block the projectile. It reverberated the clubs and Brent spun to stare at the kid who had been shouting to watch out. His eyes narrowed and he felt the anger begin to course through him as he realized that he didn't care who the hell this kid was, just that they pay for what they had just done. Quickly Brent drew a throwing knife and threw it at the kid with deadly precision and force that if it struck the kid then it would cut through their carotid and leave them dead within a few second of bleeding. | |

| Ashigaru Yukikaze was not a dull kid, no, unlike his namesake, he had trained himself exhaustively even in his freetime since he didn't really have any friends. He saw the throwing knife fly through the air and time seemed to slow down, he wasn't Max Payne but the adrenaline running through his veins kicked senses into overdrive. A flick of his wrist was all it took to draw one of his own throwing knives from a wrist holster and one more flick sent the knife flying at high speed, intercepting the other knife in the air and causing the two to fly off in different directions with a loud clanging noise.
"Whoa! Ceasefire! Ceasefire! I'm sorry alright?" He yelled frantically.

| Brent shrugged his shoulders briefly as he heard the kid call for a ceasefire but there would be none since he had just been attacked by a dummy head. In a split second impulse decision, the son of Ares ran forward with his clubs ready and he swung them at blinding speed toward the kid who seemed to think that a child of Ares would just quit fighting because they wanted them to. Brent laughed and spoke through gritted teeth. "There are no ceasefires when someone is attacked. Especially when that someone is me. You have no idea what you just did, kid." | |

| Yuki did not know what was up with the guy, it had been an accident, geez. In a brilliant show of his Iaido practicing, he brought the Katana up to block the two clubs, both of which hit like a stack of bricks but Yuki was able to parry the attack just fine though, his wrist was a bit sore. He jumped back and sheathed both the baton and Katana. In the next split second, he began analyzing his opponent.
Bigger, Brutish, Tactically intelligent, strategically an idiot, fast, strong, bulky. The speed of Iaido would be much more tactically valuable than the persistence of his standard Kendo. He whipped out three throwing knives and tossed them at great speed at his opponent before rushing in and making a quick slash at the boy's wrists with the Katana. He was gonna have to hurt this dude but by no means did he want to kill him.

| As the boy attacked, Brent leaned back using his Muy Thai training, unorthodox of course, to dodge the blades and then spin to knock the katana aside. In the same movement he swung one the clubs up and toward the boy's chest and jaw while the other went down for his legs to sweep them. Because of his size, most people assumed Brent was an unintelligent brute who focused on pure force and not cunning but he had been trained to use martial arts to his strengths. The time seemed to slow down as Brent felt his body tense and his training begin to kick in more effectively. | |

| Yuki was briefly surprised that his enemy was much more skilled and agile than he had predicted but that surprise lasted only for a second. He bent backwards and instead of moving is feet to return to an upright motion, he jumped into a back flip and avoided the club that very nearly shattered the bones in his legs. He landed and jumped back normally before sheathing his katana again.
"You're very good. It's a shame this had to start over an accident." He said blankly.
He left the Katana sheathed this time and yanked out his baton and the ceramic combat spike. He pressed a button on the side of the baton and it crackled briefly as the impact shaft electrified. He then entered a defensive stance.
"I do not wish to hurt you, but if you wish to do me harm than I will not hesitate."
