Rebecca sat on her bed, going through her book of plants. She was fascinated by the many types and kinds. There was so many! She'd be nine before she finished the book!

Hermes flutters into Cabin 4, setting down a potted flower, whuch he presumed contained magic of some sort. Swiftly, Hermes left to deliver more gifts.

Rebecca looked up, but the fluttering was gone. She picked up the potted daisy. Oh, Rebecca loved daisies, they are so amazingly beautiful. The flower brightened a little bit and sat up a centimeter taller. It responded to her emotions! Though, she would have to test this theory. She picked up her book and ripped out the page on daisies. The flower sulked down and turned a bit brown. How intriguing! The daisy was brighter and taller now. Rebecca smiled. "Merry Christmas, Rebecca."
