Once again Henry was lounging on his bunk up, one would wish no good, but in fact he was up to nothing... like always. The wayward son of Anubis was an interesting one. His father was involved in with the dead, and burials and crap like that so one would think that type of thing would pass onto the child. Nope, instead Henry was carefree and obnoxious. Now that isn't to say there aren't any good qualities about Henry, he was a kind kid if you could get past his first appearances, and generally did truly enjoy the company of others, but sometimes he could come off as a pest. It didn't help that he also thought he was the king of all and nothing could harm him, granted nothing has as of this point but still.
"I'm bored," Henry mumbled to himself as he laid out flat on the bed. What was he too do today. It looked like crap outside, but he still knew that the camp should be okay because of magic. Now what to do on an obviously crappy day...... "Play.......," Henry started to say to himself, "in.......... the.. sand." He tilted his head but it sounded good enough for him. But hey what did you expect from a kid.
With that Henry slid his weapon into it's sheath, even though he was just going to the beach it was just sort of a thing out of habit. He also grabbed his golden ankh. The ankh was a gift from his father. To nay mortal it may just look like a large piece of solid gold but it was a lot more powerful than that. At the click of a button it would rotate out into a shield. At this point it just sort of became a good luck charm for Henry as well. And so, Henry stormed out of the cabin the door slamming behind him as he didn't care and he looked up at the sky. Yup crappy.
Zeus was in a real snit today it would seem, but whatever. Henry didn't really understand the Greeks to much they were like some strange exotic species to him.
When Henry arrived at the beach he saw he wasn't the only one with such a brilliant idea as to play in the sand today. On the beach he saw some girl. Maybe a year or so older than him. She seemed bored though and clearly wasn't building a sand castle. What a travesty. Maybe ole' Henry could spruce her day up. He sort of chuckled at that, because last time he said that he almost got stabbed.
So, Henry slowly but carefully snuck up next to the girl before saying, "Hi there!"
