Powers: She can make it rain anything soft and bricks(6 times), can turn inanimate/non-living objects into a potted plant(6 times, 5 minutes of potted plant-ness)
Flaws: Nosy, unreliable, moody, crazy, rude at times, clueless at times
Pets: A sheep named Rachel that can glimpse Rachel's future(just a little glance...and it's a sheep...it can't talk or anything :O)

Biography*: Rachel lived with her mother until she was old enough to talk and walk. Then Rachel started doing some crazy stuff, like telling the police that she had bowling pins following her and shove a pink bomb into their faces. Rachel was then put into a straight-jacket. After years of somehow escaping and being put back into a straight-jacket, she ran too far away for anyone to find. And then she tripped into CHB.
