Powers**:Can make a rainbow(must have water and sunlight) and can change her eye color.
Power Dranage:When she makes a rainbow, it depends how big it is. A small one ( about 3 yards long, 1 yard high) costs her very little energy. A big one (about size when it rains) has it so she gets dizzy for a minute. Changing her eye color costs a little energy (having to sit for a sec)
Flaws***: Can be a little annoying, doesn't follow some rules, and is a little pushy.

RP Example*: We were almost there. I could see the tree he talked about on our way here. Almost, please don't let a monster come! I should have known my luck wouldn't hold. It came from no where, just a big blur. It took the boy who saved me and told me who i was. I looked at it after it stoppped. Five long necks attatched to a big, scaled body. I heard a small sound behind me. I looked and a rainbow charm was there. I picked it up and it immediatly turned into a long, golden sword. I knew what to do, and I charged.
Biography*: Lilly lived with her dad in New York, NY. One day while she was helping her dad out at the flower shop, her best friend came in. He asked to talk with her dad. After eaves-dropping and hearing nonsence about monsters, she went in. After alot of talking, they explaned to her about who she was. Her and the satyr ran to CHB with a couple of monster attacks. In one she learned to things, she had very bad luck, and shes good at fighting. After that, they bee-lined for the property line.
