Making things!

i look around. i picked up a random put-together of pages. "well how about this" i say

i sit down and take a piece of paper

"i dont know" i say looking between the paper and the book

"oh. that one. the swan" i say pointing to the page

"okay" i say looking at the book and then to the paper. i try visualizing each step in my head but that was too much, so i started going step by step folding each piece carefully

Alia: i started reading and folding the paper

i continue folding. i look down at the book every time i finished one of the steps

Alia: i continue folding till i was at the end of the page "tell me when your rready to turn the page" i say

i finish with what directions that page had. "you can turn it"i say

Alia: i turn the page and continue folding and reading

i continue folding step by step...

Alia: i do a few more steps till i finally finish "done"

i finish up a bit after alia. "well that was fun" i say putting mine next to hers

Alia: "yeah" i say flipping through the pages again "origami is always fun"

"i think you did the swan better" i say

Alia: "thanks you did pretty good yourself" i say looking for the crane

"thanks. im not good with paper art though" i say

Alia: "yes you are. your good" i say

"im not as good with it as i am painting"

Alia: "yeah thats kinda true" i say finding the crane "yes they have it!"
