Big Three/Demi-Titan Character Application Forms (EDITED as of 8/9/14)

Greetings my fellow Half Blood Manians! Here you will find the application which you must fill out in order to receive a Big Three demigod or a Demi-Titan character. As of right now, these characters can only be purchased using drachma through the site shop system. The site shop is currently being updated; however, these are the new prices for Big Three Demigods and Demi-Titans: 

Big Three Demigods: 3000 drachma
Demi-Titans: 5000 drachma

If 2 or more admins approve your application, then you will be allowed to have one of these characters. If it must be in a special format, please provide us with a code so that we can view your application in its proper form.
