Ezrah went to his cabin after the little kerfuffle with Carmen and his... thing. Whatever she was. He went and sat on his bunk. It was quite depressing, actually, that Ezrah was so terrible at making friends. He had honestly been trying to be nice,but it was so hard when he was surrounded by idiots. It wasn't his fault the girl didn't know CPR, and it definitely wasn't his fault she'd though Carmen was gay. That was, however, amusing.

Annalise huffed as she flung the door open harder than was strictly needed. Homesickness simmered beneath the annoyance, and she tried to ignore it. All she wanted to do was watch cheesy horror movies and dig into her snack stash. She walked towards her bunk, which rested in an aclove towards the back of the cabin, sitting on the green comforter.

Ezrah looked at the girl and realized it was the thing he was trying to avoid. He backed up into the shadow of his bunk, letting the shadows envelope him. He would appear almost conpletely invisible; someone would have to focus rather hard to be able to spot him. Then he groaned. The stupid girl had forgotten to close the door. "Haven't you people ever heard of closing the Titans-damned door?!" He exclaimed, not really thinking about the fact that he was supposed to be quiet. Whatever. He had hisbshado detach from him and slide across the floor. It pushed the door closed as loudly as it had oepened and then went back to him.

One moment she was leaning over the edge of the bed, rummaging through her backpack and then suddenly, a heart attack. She yelped, jumping and falling face first over the edge of the bed, hitting the ground with and oof and rolling onto her bed. For a moment she stared, dazed at the cabin's ceiling, a single thought of ow going through her head. She reached a hand up, feeling her nose as she shaking sat up, and of course it was bleeding. Of course. Annalise turned to where the voice had spoken, seeing a slightly blurred and dark body, and glaring. Not saying a word, just glaring. Dark and blurred as it was, it was still blatantly the asshat, of course.

Ezrah couldn't help but be amused when the girl fell over. That's what happens to people who don't show common decency. Then he said, "Sorry, but you really ought to close the door behind you, even if you're angry at someone." He was a little sorry; he hadn't meant to make her get a nosebleed. He also didn't want to be negatively judged for this. It was really difficult, trying to be nice.

Today was just full of fun wasn't it? Annalise pulled herself onto her bed, collapsing belly-down though making sure she didn't get blood on her comforter. "I'll keep that in mind." She deadpanned, scowling in his direction. And actually- "Your a-, well, you have a titan parent?" She stumbled over her question. What if he told Carmen that she was here? She didn't want to loose her kind-of friend already.

Ezrah stopped himself from saying something rude, like about how completely obvious that was. No one who wasn't a demititan prequented this cabin. "Yes. I am a son of Erebus. He is the walls that surround the Underworld. Before Hades, he ruled it. He is the personification of shadow itself. " He explained, smiling. His white teeth would show up pleasantly across the shadow he was in. He was so cheerful about the subject of the underworld, and he supposed others found that discomforting.

Carmen's bunk was one of the two bunks closest to the door, on the right-hand side if you were walking into the cabin. It was an unfortunate place in the daytime, as it was subject to the noise of the comings and goings of the few demititans who chose to actually walk places, and light from the window next to the door would shine right in his eyes when the sun rose. It would seem like a dumb place for anyone to pick, much less a child of Nyx. But most of the other demititans had chosen bunks near the back of the cabin, and Carmen had wanted to be far, far away from everyone else.

Speak of the devil, Carmen popped up in the evening shadows that darkened that corner after six-ish in early autumn. The previous post neglected to mention that the spot was quite hospitable in later hours.

The cabins were stuffy, hot places in the warmer months, so Carmen tended to sleep shirtless when the temperatures were up. And since he intended to take a nice, long nap, he took off his jacket and t-shirt and tossed them onto the end of his bunk before flopping into bed. He could hear some kind of conversation coming from the end of the cabin, so he picked up a pillow and attempted to drown out the sound by putting it on top of his head.

Now, didn't Erebus sound nice? His dad was a wall. Well, she supposed her own dad was technically a large, horrific pit in Hades where all the worst creatures went, so she couldn't really talk. Asshat's teeth were glinting all creepy-psycho-killer like in the darkened place his stood and she rolled her eyes, before glancing around the cabin and freezing. What.

Carmen - shirtless, might she add, - was towards the front of the cabin. For a moment she found herself admiring him. He's was a fairly attractive guy, it was a pity he was gay. And a pity that she didn't actually know how romance worked. But, wait- why was Carmen here? Was he a demi-titan? Why the hell was everyone she met a titan-kid?! Did they just flock to her or something!

She let out a soft groan and slid back of her bed, quietly sitting behind it. Nope, he couldn't see her, because then he'd known she lied and she didn't want to get into that, nope, not at all.

Ezrah was watching the girl, wondering if he should say anything or just go to sleep, when she looked over ag someone else in the cabin. Before looking at who it was, he watched her reaction to seeing him/her. She seemed to be checking the person out, and then she seemed to get rather scared. She even went so far as sitting behind her bed. Ezrah fibally turned and saw who she'd been staring at. Of course! He almost laughed out loud, but ended up suppressing it with a grin.

Carmen wss flopped on his bunk without a shirt. He looked completely ridiculous to Ezrah, but the girl seemed positively intrigued. Maybe she was caught in the mental loop of him being gay to block off her feelings for him; it didn't matter if she was attracted to him if he was gay. He did wonder why she was hiding, though. Did they not know each other were demititans? Ezrah let the shadows fade from around him so he was more visible, and said, "Son of Nyx." He gestured towards Carmen It didn't seem like Carmen was paying attention to him, so he figured he could talk. Carmen also had a pillow on his head, so he wouldn't be able to distinguish his words very well, most likely.

Cabins weren't for conversations, they were for naps. Carmen was already irritated enough, he didn't need people talking and keeping from from the sweet solace of naptime.

Yes, the post was very short, but the dumb kid wasn't going to do much but lay there and be grumpy.

Annalise peeked her head up, a panicked expression on her face as she shook her head. She mouthed the words 'shut up!' because, helloo, he was so not helping. How was he- whoa, son of Nyx? Wasn't she some big baddie? Didn't that make Carmen and Asshat cousins? Oh, no wonder they'd been offended.

Well, if she was trying to miuth words at him, he would do the same back. He mouthed "You totally like him." Then he pointed at himself. "Not gay, but nice boobs." He mouthed, then winked. He hadn't really been looking, but he hoped this would convince her of his sexual orientation. Regardless, it would make her flustered, which would be amusing. Ezrah belatedly realized that he would have to act as matchmaker for these two, which he did not look forward to.

Annalise rolled her eyes. "He's gay, asshat." She mouthed back, her eyebrow raising as she spoke. That is until he complimented her chest. And by complimented she meant sexually harassed. And by he she meant the boy who would not be alive for much longer. Living downtown meant she'd met her fair share of creepy old men. She didn't have much of a figure, but being ogled and harassed and cat-called at had made her hair stand on end when she was younger. She was 17 years old now, almost six foot and so not standing for this guy's shit. Her eyes narrowed and her hand went to her necklace, wondering if it would be too horrible of her to castrate him.

Ezrah sighed, realizing he had gone a tad bit too far. He considered leaving now, but wasn't sure that was a good idea. She could likely teleport and might decide to follow him; this would not be very good. He had no idea what her powers were, and if she woke Carmen up they woukd team up on him. If he knew what their fighting styles were like, and their powers, he would be able to make a better guess. For the time being, he woukd try talking. Well, mouthing. She probably wouldn't believe anything he said, of course. "I haven't been looking. I just want yoy to understand that I am not gay. You can try going down to Elysium; look for Hotaru. She's never there when I look..." Titans damn it he was crying again. Just a few tears, but it was enough. As always, though, his tears would be assumed to be crocodilian.

Okay, crying out not, she still wanted to throw something at the pervert. "I bet Hotaru wouldn't like the fact that you are harassing girls." She snarked. Even as she said so, she felt some of the anger going away - asshat or not, he looked pretty sad. And the majority of people here had some mental illness or psychosis or whatever they were called. She sighed, wiping the blood from her nose onto the back of her black jacket's sleeve. She could clean it later, and didn't want it to get all crusty while on her face.

Ezrah, rather than getting angry at that comment, stopped to think about it. He sighed and nodded. "She certainly wouldn't." He confessed. It just... it was so hard to communicate with people. Everything Ezrah did was interpreted as some kind of attack or threat. He couldn't walk out into the courtyard withiut seeing people turning the other way or looking at him suspiciously.

Annalise sighed, setting her chin onto her bed and looking sharply at him. "I swear you and every other camper here are so socially awkward it's almost painful to look at." She grumbled. "You're either insane and psychotic and violent or you have some other weird mantra going on and there are way too many murderers here." She complained, closing her eyes.

Carmen was sorely tempted to throw a pillow in the general direction of anyone who was talking at the moment. Instead of resorting to such childish behavior, he sat up and meant to yell across the cabin for everyone to SHUUUUUUUT UPPPPPPPPPP. But this action was interrupted by the sudden realization that wait that was Annie over there, and Ezrah not too many bunks away. He needed to punch Ezrah in the face, but what was Annie doing here? Didn't she say she was a Thanatos kid?

Annalise froze as she saw Carmen movie in her peripheral vision and let out a high-pitched squeaking noise before she crouched down behind the bed again. She rolled under the frame, the covers hiding her. Oh, please let this not be a horror movie, don't let him find her. Pleaaaaaaaase.

Ezrah saw the girl squeal and duck under her bed after talking about the mental instability of campers. She did have a point, he supposed.... but whay was she hiding from? Ezrah looked over and saw Carmen had sat up. That must have frightened the girl. He quicjly stood up and waved. "How'd it go with your sister?" He asked, trying his best to distract Carmen from the frightened girl hiding under her bed.

Carmen was still confused about Annie, who seemed to have hidden under the covers (maybe she was here with Ezrah? That could explain why she was in the cabin. Dammit, they were probably an item already and he'd completely struck out and been put in the gay zone of all things), but he was successfully distracted by Ezrah. He glared at the other demititan. "It went fine, obviously, since you gave her friend a knife and practically told her to kill that guy."

Wait, what? She rolled over, lifting the cover up so she could peek out. Asshat had done what? What the hell was wrong with- nope, she wasn't even going to be surprised at this point. Not at all. Everyone here was insane and she was apparently the only sane one.

I said 'It sure would be nice of you to give your almost-Uncle a present before you leave.' I meant for her to slap him or something! She was armed already! My being there did not cause his death, nor would I give an order of death to anyone unless they were completely deserving! I do not promote death!" Ezrah ranted through, his voice raising. His shadow grew larger as he talked, reaching halfway across the cabin. He pulled it bacj to normal size, and sighed heavily. "I went back and took care of the body. I sent his soul straight to the Underworld; no lolligagging with Charon for who-knows how long. "

Ezrah's voice just kept getting louder, which only made Carmen want to yell back at him. There was too much testosterone in the room. But he held his tongue and just glared during the tirade. It still pissed him off that Ezrah had given the kid a knife and decided to plant the 'give your whatever-relation-he-was-to-her a present' idea in her head. But after seeing how vicious the kid was, she might have thought it up on her own even without the suggestion. And hadn't Evangeline said he'd implied a bit more than just slapping the guy? Ugh. Someone was lying here. Whatever. He was still pretty pissed off about the entire thing. He pinched the bridge of his nose in annoyance.
