Name: Avery Megan Chambers. Her middle name was taken from her Aunt Megan.
Nicknames: Thomas calls her Ave. Her mother often calls her Ava Babe but, no one else can call her that. Strictly parents. She also goes by Ava and just plain Avery.
Etymology: The name Avery can be defined by these words: "She does not think she is pretty or attractive but, in reality she is." Megan means Precious. Chambers means "Cheif officer of the household"
Age: Avery is sixteen years young
Birthday: She was born on the sunny, but cold, day of March 19th at 3:09am
Gender: Well, I think its pretty obvious she's female
Year Round or Summer: Avery stays for the summer. She often misses her mom.
Pets: She doesn't own a pet and never will. They play with your emotions and tend to get in the way.
Dating:

Claimed: Yes. She got claimed while hanging out at the beach.
Years in Camp: Four weeks so far. She's gotten used to it lately.
Talents: Avery has a wonderful singing voice that, as guessed, she inherited from her father. She sounds like Haley Williams mixed with Amy Lee. Avery can play drums, piano and is 1 lesson away from finishing electric guitar. She has a knack for writing and sketching.
Powers: Avery is a skilled healer. She would be someone you'd want to take on a quest with you. Is skilled in cleaning deep wounds and sewing them back up.
Weapons: Avery is currently working on designs for a weapon. She'll bring them to the forge and kindly ask or pay a Hephaestus camper to make it.

The Outter Beauty

Overall: Avery looks no different than other girls at camp. She's pretty but, doesn't think so. I guess you could call her insecure. Avery's hair may look thin and brittle, though she takes good care of her hair, it is thick and somewhat frizzy. Never thin and brittle. She treats her chestnut brown hair with hair medicines twice a week. She also straightens it often which is probably why she has so much frizz. Most of the time, her hair is in a messy bun or a tight ponytail. Depends on the activity really. Her eyes are very pretty actually. She covers up and locks away all her emotions in those deep rustic eyes. The hazel and rusty brown colors clash in her eyes. Sometimes her eyes are full hazel with no rusty shards (I'm making this sound like someone is stabbing her eyes). Avery has freckles that stretch all the way across her nose and cheeks, up to her forehead and she even has some on her arms and chest. She inherited that from her mother.

Her skin is tan. She has to use moisturizers a lot because she has medical condition where her skin doesn't stay hydrated. Her skin peels if she doesn't use moisturizer. Avery has a runner's body. Probably because she runs laps of camp every morning at five. Her limbs are strong but thin. She works out often too but, her muscles don't really show. Not like Clarisse's. Her median body weight is 121lbs. Thats pretty good for a sixteen year old girl. She doesn't grow to much vertically anymore. Her height has been lodged at 5"7". She enjoys being a bit shorter for her age.
Quirks: Avery wears contacts. She has had bad eyesight since she was five. She also has a deep tissue scar on her left leg that goes all the way down her calf. She got it when a dracnae sliced its claw all the way down her leg.

The Inner Beauty

Overall: Avery is a very straight forward person, never beating around the bush. She has oogles of confidence just waiting to pour out of all nicks and crannys. She isn't afraid of insults, violence or abuse, as long as it doesn't come from someone she loves. Avery isn't one for profanity but, when having an argument, she'll get creative with it.
She is quite the tomboy, she wouldn't hesitate to go boarding with some guy friends or even her own brothers. Avery has issues with perky giggly girls. She would silently murder the whole population at cabin 10: Pinkopolis.
Avery is very friendly, despite what you might think of her so far. She is also very judgemental though. First impressions matter most to her. She can't help but state her opinion.
Quirks: Avery is a tad bit insecure. She doesn't try to cover it up though.
Fatal Flaw: She is a total klutz. She most likely trip over nothing or trip and take someone else down with her.
Fears: Avery as the slightest fear of snakes. Thats why she hates Enchidna and Dracnae more than the average demigod.
Likes: Avery takes a liking in sports, track, music, dancing and swimming
Dislikes:

She hates creepy crawlies, guys who play girls, cherries, and high heels

In Olden Times

History: Avery Chambers was born in Hotel Deau Grace Hospital in Lasalle, Ontario. She grew up in a middle class house with her mother, Clare. They lived on the edge of River Canard, named after its many families of ducks.
As Avery grew older, she realized that she was quite different than than her other friends, strugglng to read and write. Avery wasn't aware of it but, the blood of Apollo coursed through her veins. She got kicked out of her first elementry school because apparently you had to be smart to attend. Avery switched schools almost every year, until reaching high-school. She attended St.Thomas of Villanova Secondary School and stayed there until reaching grade 11. Thats when the weird shiz started to happen.
During a track & field meet that Avery attended, she thought she saw a man sitting in the bleachers while running the 800m. When she looked back, he was gone. She was quite sure why he was glowing gold.
Weird things continued to occur.
During a bus ride home, Avery caught a glimpse of a flying gold chariot. When she looked back it was gone. Telling Clare wasn't too hard because she was very understanding, much like Avery. Clare decided it was time she told Avery about being a demigod. She explained everything from Athena to Zeus. During this time, Avery stomach tied in so many knots it looked like a ball Christmas Lights from two years ago. It was only 2 weeks later when Avery was told to pack her bags and given a plane ticket to New York. Also, Clare slipped a CHB Brochure in Avery's bag. Thats how Avery got to camp.
Mortal Family: Clare Chambers. Clare met Apollo at one of her big corperate meetings. He was supposedly the owner of a research company she'd previously worked for. Clare became pregnant 2 months after meeting Apollo. They were't in a committed relationship. It was more drunk fun than, love. After that Apollo left Clare. Clare got by. She was an Astro-Physicist so she made good money. Clare always loved Avery even though she was unexpected.
Hometown: Lasalle, Ontario, Canada. Its a small town, very gossipy also
Distant Relatives: Her Aunt Megan who was a demigod daughter of Ares
