The girks had gone silent, and Ezrah had the feeling they were prepaing to leave. Obviously, he coukd folloe them through the shadow realm, and do so relatively tirelessly. Instead, He smiled at them and said, "You should really give yoyr almost-uncle a present before you leave, don't you think? "He asked, and created a Stygian iron knife, gently tossing it to the injured girl. He wanted to know if shez like her sister, was a child of Thanatos. As soon as he saw her reaction to the blade; let it fall, grab it, whatever, he shadow-traveled away. He had no point in talking to them, especially if they were preparing to leave anyway.

Evangeline stood there, scowling, and nearly jumped out of her skin when the guy tossed out a knife. For a moment she'd thought that he was trying to kill Drake, but the blade was moving in a soft arc and not in a deadly line, so she should be safe. Her eyes darted to the boy in the cot. Would Drake kill him? Evangeline didn't know whether she herself had the capacity to kill a person, but Drake probably could if she wanted to...

Drake most definitely did not yelp when the stupid demititan threw a blade at her. She caught the hilt in her hands easily, barely noticing the weight and wow it was light, and then they were alone except for fruity guy. The brunette breathed out slowly. "What did he do that for?" She grumbled, admiring the blade. Too small for her, but it was a beautiful thing.

Evangeline silently pointed at the fruity dude, who was supposedly sleeping, and gave Drake a meaningful look. Kill him. Quietly.

Kill fruity-dude? Drake frumpled her eyebrows, fingers the hilt of the sword idly. She'd never actually killed anyone before. Hurt them, yeah, but killed? But it couldn't be too hard, right? And he was a creeper. She bit her lip for a moment, hesitating. Cynder would do it, her mind whispered and she let out a short breath, silently creeping over to stand beside Fruity-Dude's bed.

Evangeline wondered if Drake would have truly considered this if she hadn't have pointed. Really, she had basically just killed a man through cause and effect. He definitely deserved it, though, and she felt only a tinge of remorse. Maybe it would be worse once he had actually stopped breathing. Her main concern, however, was that the boy would suddenly wake before Drake plunged the black dagger into his miserable heart.

Caspian, of course, had not really been sleeping. Now that it sounded like the two bigger guys had left, it was time for him to leave as well. I mean, he could wait for this present... but it didn't seem like it was a good thing. However when Caspian opened his eyes, there was already a knife hovering over him, ready to end him, he supposed. I mean, he'd done pretty well this life, which he probably shouldn't have been living. He still didn't know why he'd come back from being killed in the first place... but dieing still sucked, so he said calmly, using his powers as steongly as he could, "Wow, I look kind of like Lee... you've always had a secret crush on Lee, haven't you? You can't kill me if I look so kuch like him..." He was applying this to bith of them, hooing it woukd be true. He knew he'd seen at least one of then around his stupid twin before.

Drake looked down on him, freezing at his words, before filled with such loathing and disgust she thought she would barf and then explode. Her like Lee? Her sister's asshole of an idiot husband?! NO. WAY. IN. HADES. Rearing the blade back, she attempted to stab him in the throat, snarling, "DIE!"

Suddenly, everything was much too violent for Evangeline's liking. She had much preferred the idea of silent assassination to this screaming, growling, talking, and the strange reminder of the feelings she once harbored in her childish heart for the victim's dumb twin brother. Ugh, how... embarrassing...

Caspian reacted a littke slowly, so he ended uo screaming and trying to sit up. The result was that his mouth got in the way of hs throat, and the blade sliced straight through behind his teeth, through the floor of his mouth, and into his neck. That, however, did not yet kill him. The wound wasn't severe enoughz and the cut had missed his jugular. If he coukd have talked (his Adan's apple had a knife in it, so that wasn't very feasible) he would have said "Haha, try again."

Blood. Oh gods that was a lot of blood and he was screaming an this was horrible. Her hands started shaking and the anger evaporated. Makeitstopmakeitstopmakeitstop- She wrenched the blade around roughly, hoping it'd make him stop screaming and making noise.

Holy SHIT this was way more horrible than she thought it would be. Evangeline regretted everything ever, and covered her ears with her hands, wincing greatly. The screaming. Dying screams were definitely not a pretty noise. Regret. Regret. Regret.

Ezrah could hear the screams of a dieing man in camp no matter where he was in the world and, curious, appeared in the man's shadow. He was surprised to find that the girl had actually decided to kill that creep guy. He sinply watched silently as he died.

Caspian stiooed gurgling on his own blood. The wrenching that Drake had done had cut his throat open quite well, and he was bleeding out. Less than a minute later, he died of blood loss.

Ezrah put a finger on the dude's forehead to zap him straight down to the Underworld. He did this more as a way of flipoing Charon off than anything else. That dude should not be profiting off of the dead... even if it was primarily stupid mortals.

Drake stood in a kind of horrified silence as fruity-Dude choked on his own blood and it was all over her hands. He stopped breathing and she staggered back, leaving the sword in his throat and falling to the ground on her bottom. A moment. And then she was shaking, wrapping her arms around herself, unable to look away because she had just killed someone.

Evangeline managed to calm herself down through rationalization. She hadn't done anything wrong, really, just pointed. So what if Drake had decided to do what she was ordering? Ordering... that sounded a bit blunt. Maybe implying was a better word. So what if Drake had followed her implications? Evangeline's hands weren't the ones with blood on them, and that was good. However, Drake seemed to be in a bit of a state of shock, so she walked over to her friend and knelt next to her, putting a hand on her shoulder in an attempt to be comforting.

Well, that was how children should react to murder, Ezrah thought. He focused for a second. He always gained a certain intuition of someone's life when they died. The boy's name was Caspian, and he had two brothers he hated, Lee and Keri... a girlfriend named Cienna, who looked like.. Drake. The girl's name was Drake. Past that, nothing really stuck. Just important names. So far, neither of the girls had reacted to his presence, so Ezrah didn't speak. He didz however, pull the little knife out of Caspian's neck. Once it wasbin his hand, he made it dissolve back into shadows.

Oh gods she'd just killed someone. The screams were still echoing in her ears and all she could do was stare at her hands, covered in blood. She didn't know his name, she realized. She'd killed someone whos name she didn't know. What if he'd had someone who actually liked him? Drake choked on a sob, barely registering Eva's touch on her shoulder.

"Hey, shhh," Evangeline said, mind racing to come up with something at least mildly comforting. "Remember what he was like? Misogynistic, disrespectful, quite the nasty character. The world will be a better place without him. I'm... I'm not saying what we," Evangeline said 'we' in an attempt to share the burden of murder, since she had sort of... enabled it... "did was a good thing, but the results of our actions won't make things worse for anyone."

Ezrah smiled at Evangeline's logic. That was how he reasoned most of his killings in the past. He could have lectured the girls about how killing was wrong, but they seemed to gather that much om their own. Instead, he tried to make a little bit of eulogy. "I learned a good deal from him in his final moments," he said, and waited for their potential shock atrealizing he was there to subside. "His name was Caspian. He had a twin brother named Lee, and a younger brother named Keri. He used to have a girlfriend named Cienna, but I'm notbsure if he used his powers- he was a son of Aphrodite- or she actually cared for him. Caspian has died once before, but for some reason came back. He and Cienna were an item for a bit, but Cienna had grown dark with hatred and the search for revenge, and she broke up with him. Caspian then went about doing what he died for... seducing women with his powers and such." Ezrah didn't really now how to end, so he just... stopped talking.

Drake flinched when the dark-guy started talking, she hadn't noticed he was there. She wiped at her face, jaw tight as she did so. "I know who he is... was." Even if she hadn't remembered his name. "He's my sister's husband's brother. He was an asshole." Her voice cracked on the last word and she cleared her throat. "Asshole." She stressed.

Evangeline had noticed that the dude had reappeared, she'd just ignored him in favor of Drake. "He was an asshole," she repeated in a more soothing tone, keeping her hand on her friend's shoulder. "A giant, gaping asshole that spewed shit everywhere he went." Would it help Drake feel better if the killing was easily justifiable?

Ezrah had to try very hard not to laugh at the way they were describing him. He had to show that he respected the dead. Really, he felt kind of sorry for them, especially that dude. He might get Asphodel if he was lucky, but more likely he'd be one of the more minor punished ones. That would suck, but that's what he got for being... "A giant, gaping asshole that spewed shit everywhere he went." He looked at the girls. "Caspian's younger brother seems alright. I'm going to find him and have him burn the body." He said, and then shadow-traveled away. He'd probably return in two posts.

Drake ignored the older demititan, along with the rather blatant hole forming in the fourth wall. She wrinkled her noise, laughing weakly. "Eww, gross!" If she didn't look at the body, it wasn't really bad. She could just pretend that it never happened. Even though she could feel the blood on her hands, all she really wanted to do was take a shower, go back to her cabin, and sleep.

"Definitely gross. Speaking of gross, you should probably wash your hands." It was probably a bad idea to draw attention to the literal blood on Drake's hands, but she needed to get the stuff off before she touched something, like her clothes (or worse, Evangeline's clothes) and stained them.

Drake glanced down at her hands and cringed, quickly looking away. "Actually... can we just go to the showers? I want to clean up and go back to the cabin..." It'd been a long day - murder, Lamia, brothers, icecream, training - she hated Mondays.
