Powers**: Can make it VERY COLD, anywhere. Can make it snow about 20-25 times a day. Can Freeze people's weapons about 14-18 times a day. And can freeze people (making them cold!) about 30 times a day.

Flaws: Tired from power usage. Bruised from her past, mellow. Humorless. A bit over confident.

Pets: None

Weapon: A snowflake necklace which turns into a silver painted bronze sword about 3 feet long.

RP Example*: Silently, I walked around the edge of the camp. Making my finger tips freeze over, then unfreeze. It was entertaining to watch. I rolled my eyes a muttered a few things. Kepping my past away from my head as much as possible. I shrugged, then kept on walking.




Biography*: She was adopted at the age of 4, by a crazy man. He only got her to help him with his 'job' is what he called it. What he did, was rob banks. He robbed them, killed many people. Told Serenity is was right, that this was the way of life. Then, how amused he got when he learned what she could do. He forced Serenity to freeze everyone's guns, making them unshootable. Freeze the alarms, and freeze anyone who didn't cooperate. Even though if tired her to a great extent. She did. When she was 8, she figured this wasn't was she should be doing. She refused to help 'Tony' with his next plot. He then hit her, beat her and locked her up in the basement. She lived down there for about 2 years. 'Tony' told his friends and family that she had ran away. Told the police that as well. He fed her through the small crack in the wall, hidden in a back closet. She was setteled down there, there was a tv, a bed, a bathroom. Pretty much mostly what she needed. A minifridge as well. Tony didn't want anyone else to have his precious 'daughter'. He liked having her power, even if he couldn't use it. One day, when Serenity was sleeping, there was a noise. A noise that didn't seem to wake her up. Later, when she did wake. She found the basement door open, Tony gone and the house a reck. She actually ran back down stairs packed up her stuff, then got out of there.







Notes:
When she was 12 and found camp, she started to...'rebel' a bit as we call it. And she died her hair red, became mellow and a bit depressed. But- she was still... Serenity.
