I looked at him. "It's MD for short," I corrected weakly. I smiled though. I'd never thought of it that way. It made perfect sense.

I smiled. "People don't like different. When they see it, and can't explain it, they instantly dislike it. They try to mould it and they can't break it. So they insult, abuse and try their hardest to break any part they can. And as for the pretty thing, it loops back to what I just said. People dislike seeing other people who may be a little nicer looking. I don't care. Thats why I don't wear make-up and wear my hair in ponytails or have it down."

"I see what you mean. I guess I dont act like most people because I can understand that everyone is different and dont see the point in insulting someone that doesnt act the way you act. Everyone has something in common but most people just dont take the time to figure that out. So they insult everyone and scare people into being friends with them. In the end nothing ever changes the only thing that anyone can really expect is that nothing is going to change."Daniel said to her.

"I don't know," I replied. "But in the UK, we have a set of people that are stereotyped as chavs. I don't know if they have them in the US. But they are basically... Well, the stereotype wears burberry, steal a lot and so on. You get the rest?"

I remembered my ankle. I imagined kissing him... and FACEPALMED as the image appeared behind him. I tried to think of other things. I tried so hard. I hoped he wouldn't see.
