Cameron smiles and jumps up. "I'm fine"he says. He then reaches over and tickles her side.

A peal of laughter escaped from Leah's lips as she convulsed uncontrollably because of his tickling. "Stoooooopppp," she managed to choke out between giggles, whiningly.

Cameron keeps tickling her. "Neverrrrrr"he says through his laughter.

"Pleaseeeee..." Leah laughs a bit more before trying to push him away, her stomach sore. She didn't mind being tickled for a second, but when it was ongoing she felt vulnerable and uncomfortable.

Leah took a minute to recover, her heart racing and her breathing needing steadiness. She took a deep breath, filling her lungs with air. She realized her eyes were tearing and laughed, swatting at them. She looked at Cameron, a smirk on her face... hm.. would she tickle him now?

Cameron smiles and sits down in the chair. He flips his hair out of his face.

Leah grinned, her cheeks flushed, and then, on complete and utter mindless impulse, she leaned forward and kissed Cameron directly.

Cameron blinks feeling very shocked and confused. He then kisses her back, though after about five seconds he pulls away, and looks at her. "Leah, I"he says unable to finish.

Leah's heart was racing, a blush forming on her cheeks when he pulled away. He looked.. shocked? Was that good? Thoughts raced through her mind. That was stupid... why did she do that? Did she regret it? NO. Her mind screamed at her. "What?" she asked him, unsuccessfully hiding the concern in her voice.

Leah looked away in her embarrassment, down at the floor. She didn't know what to do, or what to say, or anything, really. Rejection flooded through her system and she wanted to disappear, or to rewind and decide not to kiss him in the first place. She was dumb, and had probably ruined the only friendship she'd have a chance at having in this whole stupid camp. Maybe she should have stayed with her overbearing mother and her not-father.

Cameron blinks, and looks at her. He then reaches out, and puts his hand around her chin. He then tilts her head upwards. Cameron leans in and kisses her.

OH. Wow. Well. This was different. Was he really? It took her a few seconds to process this, her brain going completely haywire with all of this new information. She kissed him back though, pulling away rather quickly. She opened her mouth to form words but found that she couldn't, she didn't know what to say.

Cameron just sits there awkwardly. He then looks down at his feet, and mouths a cuss word.

Oh, goodness. Leah wasn't an idiot. She knew curse words when she saw them leave people's mouths, and this was enough. It wasn't really a pleased curse either, was it? It was like... oh sh** I just kissed a girl but I didn't really want to. Anxiety rolled over Leah in waves, and she looked away once again. She gripped the leg of the chair, trying to calm herself. Her anxiety didn't show, thank the lords, but Leah looked at Cam expectantly. "Cameron, what's up?" she looked at him, her eyes begging for the truth.

He looks up at Leah, crap please tell me she didn't see that.. "Oh nothing much"he says softly. He then looks anywhere, but at her. How did this happen? I thought we were just friends?

Leah bit her lip. What could that have possibly meant? She wanted to think it meant nothing, but she didn't know. She wanted to trust Cameron, she wanted to trust him soooooooo badly. "I mean..." Leah trailed off. Did she want to bother? Did she want to find out? Her stomach roiled, and she clasped her hands together in her lap, holding them together so tightly her fingertips were beginning to lose their feeling. Her breathing was becoming irregular again.. she knew this feeling, but she hadn't felt it since she'd lived with her mother. She leaned her head against the base of his chair, staring down at the floor. She wouldn't freak out right now.. she couldn't.

Cameron looks at Leah. "Leah are you okay?"he asks her feeling concerned. He then starts to think about her, and him. It felt odd, but maybe it would work out.

Hastily, Leah shook her head. "I- I just need water or something. This used to happen a lot." She blinked, her vision blurred, and closed her eyes for a second. Her mom used to pressure her to the extreme when she lived with her, and Leah would suffer from anxiety attacks similar to this. Those were more extreme, however, but this was still rather embarrassing. "I'm sorry," she murmured, feeling stupid.

Cameron puts his arm around her shoulders. "Should I go get you a glass of water?"he asks her.

Leah felt protected under his arm, though she didn't know whether he even liked her or not. She didn't care, at this moment. "If you could, I would really appreciate it." Maybe being alone for a second would clear her mind a bit.

"Okay"Cameron says to her as he stands up, and walks out of the library. All of the way to the mess hall, he thinks about him and Leah. Reaching the mess hall he fills a plastic glass with ice, and then water, he then sticks a crazy straw in it. Cameron then walks back to the library. He hands the glass to Leah, and sits down.

Leah watched him leave, her eyes lingering after he was gone. She didn't know what to think, or what she should say to him. He was back rather quickly, and she'd managed to mostly compose herself. She took the glass from him. "Thanks," she murmured, taking a sip from the straw gratefully. She forced a smile at the straw, seeing as he obviously meant well. She felt the iciness from the water quell her nerves and she sighed, leaning back and untensing.
