Sands of Time...or something like that(Private: Kairea unless others given permission)

Lea sighs softly and moves back sitting at the base of a tree. She frowns bringing her knees up to her chest boredly.

Eli saw Lea leave, and Ana continued the song, not noticing. He turned his head again, this time to the ocean. "I don't like that sound.." He muttered and then from the trees came a cyclops and two hell hounds. The three monsters came so unexpectedly that most of the other demigods panicked and ran. Eli stayed where he was and snapped at Ana to look up.

Ana looked over where Eli was snapping at her to look and she stopped playing, seeing the three beasts. She put her guitar up and then closed the case, looking over and seeing Eli stand, his powers manipulating the sand to lift him into the air.

Lea looks up at the trees falling and tears well up in her eyes. She stands, vines sprouting from the trees and wrapping around the cyclops. Trees wrap their branches enforcing the binds. Lea climbs the tree and stands in front of the struggling cyclops eye. "Bad beast." The cyclops breaks free of the binds, sending her flying backwards. She lands on her feet and binds it again, the hell hounds running towards Eli and Ana.

"Cute mutts." Eli said with a smirk. He crossed his arms and sent some bullets at the hellhounds, some of them hitting, but the beasts not faltering to keep at them.

Ana wasn't having such and easy time like the other two were with dealing with the beasts. She could barely run in sand for one, and for two she didn't have a power that would help her fight these things. All she had was her two dagger, and her guitar case. Not much use honestly. Suddenly she tripped and fell, the hellhound chasing after her jumping into the air.

Lea turns seeing Ana struggle. She grinds her teeth and sends a treetop slamming against the hellhound. The cyclops breaks free and uses a fallen tree to slam against Lea and sends her flying she lands beside the water and groans sitting up and then dashes to her feet, the cyclops heading towards Eli.

Eli dealt with the hellhound as quickly as possible, crushing it to dust in a coffin of sand when the Cyclops came at him. He knew he couldn't wrap that thing up while it was moving, so he just tried to trip it, throw it off balance by shooting it with sand bullets. This just made it made and Eli got a tree club to the side, sand raising up to soften the hit that sent him flying.

Ana got up quickly, running over and burying her dagger in the hellhounds throat before it recovered. The moment it turned to dust, she turned and saw Lea and Eli get hit in succession. Ana ran over to Lea and stood in front of her, holding her daggers to protect the dryad. She could see that Eli was fine, he was back up in the air immediately after getting hit almost. "If he can't get that thing wrapped up and you can't then this is going to be harder than we hope." She said to the dryad.

Lea looks to the both of them. "We.. We have to work together!! I'll stop him but you two have to kill it.." She uses her last but of energy to wrap the surrounding trees around the cyclops and stop it from moving. Lea struggles holding the trees down with vines and roots.

Eli moved over to them, helping Lea keep the Cyclops wrapped up. He drew out a sword and tossed it to Ana. "Only one shot." He said to her and motioned at the sand under her feet, forming a platform like a spring board.

Ana caught the blade and look down. She looked back up at Eli and had a questioning glance. "Can I trust you to get the shot right?" She asked him.

"We'll see." He told her and then counted down from then, sending the girl flying at the cyclops.

Ana felt the wind rush past her, the sword held tightly to her. She was headed straight for the cyclopses eye, she held the sword out, the blade stabbing right into it, and her stopping on the beasts face. She pulled the blade out and stabbed it in the top of the creatures head, falling as it turned to dust. She thought she'd hit the ground, technically she did, but Eli manipulated the sand to catch her and set her down gently.

Lea smiled and laid back in the sand, her chest moving heavily with her breaths. She laughs softly, happy to have that over with. "We.. We did it.."

Ana walked back over and fell down beside Lea, smiling. "Yeah, we did it." She said with a laugh as well. Shen looked up at Eli who was lowering himself from the air. "Nice shot." She told him.

"Nice work with the sword." Eli told Ana after sitting down next to them. He smiled slightly, manipulating all the sand to drown over the dust particles, the beach going back to a normal peaceful look.

Lea looks up and frowns, tears forming in her eyes. She stands and runs her fingers over the fallen and injured trees. Healing and mending the ones she can, she picks up the others, putting them back into the forest. "The fallen will feed the young" She sits down rubbing tears from her eyes and pulling her knees to her chest.

Ana and Eli watched as Lea walked over, using the reserves of her power to mend the still living trees. When the dryad sat back down the demigod and the demititan looked at one another. Ana might have hated it partially, but this was their friend,, and she needed comfort. So the two of them scooted closer to the dryad and they gave her a hug, Ana wrapping her arms around Lea and Eli wrapping his arms around both of them. "Things will be ok, Lea." Ana said to her

Lea nods, knowing it will be. She relaxes into the embrace and closes her eyes. "I know.. Thank you.." She looks between them with a sad smile. "They have their lives honorably to protect us.. I can only bend a living plant that is willing.."

Eli smiled a little and let go of them, Ana releasing Lea a little bit as well, but keeping an arm wrapped around her shoulders. "You know what we should do?" She asked the two of them.

Eli raised an eyebrow, shaking his head slowly, not sure what Ana was considering in her head.

Lea looks over to Ana with a curious expression. "What..?" She blinks at the two.

Ana smiled when she asked. "We should go to the city, try to see a movie or something. I'm sure there is stuff to do that won't leave us all feeling so depressive." She said to them. Partially thinking Eli should not come, but ignoring those thoughts. He seemed to show no care that Ana was a girl, nor was the type to make any innuendo-ish comments to her. So she figured that as long as Lea was around she could tolerate Eli.

Lea wiped her eyes and nods. "I have never been to the city.. I heard it was concrete everywhere and.. While I'm not sure if its the best place for me.. I want to try. She smiles softly at the two of them.

Ana smiled. "I won't lie, it'll be out of your comfort zone, and you may hate some of the stuff you see, but it can be extremely fun too." She told Lea

"The people may be kinda..well..bratty and in a rush though, it's what city life does to people so don't take it personally." Eli added.

"I can tell you're 17, Eli. But Lea, as a nature spirit, how old are you, like...in demigod/human standards?" She asked Lea.

Lea looks down for a moment, thinking. She begins counting on her fingers how many times she has seen the flowers bloom. "I.. Maybe.. I think.. My tree should have 16 rings on it.. " She looks up, hoping she was right. She had never needed to count so she never thought to.

Ana nodded, "About 16 for us then." She said. She breathed a sigh and then got up, walking over a foot or two away from then. She closed her eyes and clenched her fists, suddenly she grew taller, her hair getting longer and looking older in the face. "There, now I'm 17." She said to them, opening her eyes and smirking a bit.

Eli's eyes widened when Ana used her abilities and said she was 17. "Now that is pretty cool." He said with a smirk. He figured that Ana would have the ability to slow down time or something over the top. But the simplicity of her abilities made them pretty cool to him.

Lea clapped slightly with a large smile on her face. She stood and stretched, still tired from the battle. "We should change before we leave.. I don't have anything else I could wear.. I was given this when I got here.. Never had a need for clothing.."

"You can borrow some clothes from me. I should have some that will fit you." Ana told Lea and gave Eli a look that said they would meet him at the hill. She smiled at Lea and held out her hand before leading Lea back to the cabins.

Eli shrugged and headed towards the hill.

Lea nods with a small smile. "Alright thank you," Taking Ana's hand, she waved back at Eli. "We won't be long." Lea followed Ana to Ana's cabin while holding her hand gently.

Ana smiled and lead Lea to her cabin.
