Practice (PRIVATE WITH DRAGON)

Austin smiled and kissed Taylor one last time before he climbed out of the back seat and straightened his clothes. His hair on the other hand would have to be fixed by the people inside who were meant to do that. With his eyes forward he helped Taylor out of the car and then they walked to the lady who looked at his guitar and then ushered them inside. A man led Austin inside and he was forced to let go of Taylor's hand. After going through all of the formalities of make up, dressing, hair, and such, he was ushered to the stage and Austin pulled his guitar out. On his hands were gloves, fingerless and leather with small steel studs in the knuckles and A+ stamped into the leather. He had a pair of baggy jeans on that had a calligraphy A+ on the right leg while his shoes were DC skaters and his belt was a chain belt. He had a long sleeve black Under Armor shirt on that fit and showed all of his muscles while a just as tight sleeveless red shirt was over that. Then he had a leather jacket on and a black headband with A+ on it. On the chest of his jacket was the name Austin and he had his electric guitar.

Austin saw Anna across from him and then he saw the drummers out on stage finishing up their part just as a guy pushed him out onto the stage. Making sure he had a dagger within easy reach, Austin strutted out with the guitar over his shoulder and he raised his hands, pumping the crowd up into a frenzy. Many girls started screaming and Austin flipped his hair just in time to hear his name being chanted. People were chanting Anna as well and then it was time for the show so Austin strummed a few times and then started shredding on his guitar. Soon a drummer started in as a back up and Austin looked at Anna with a grin while he found Taylor in the crowd.

Austin smirked and then walked right up to Anna and began playing faster and louder as his mind went from worried for his nephew to enjoying the song he was playing at that very moment. The crowd got louder and screaming began to echo as girls tried to force their way up onto the stage to get to Austin who was busy laughing at the pure shock that he was actually playing in this area. I just got a great idea...why don't all of you girls stop trying to climb up here so I can show you something. The microphone on his jacket turned on at the sound of his voice and everything he said was projected outward. All of the girls stopped while they waited with hushed voices for what Austin had to say to them. Quickly he walked to the edge of the stage and grinned as he met Taylor's eyes and then he reached down, stopping for a second, and pulled her up on stage with him. Ladies, this is my girlfriend, Taylor, and she's going to be up here singing a song with Anna and I. A+ is here for the night and now you get to see something you probably will lie awake thinking about all night. A microphone was tossed out and Austin caught it, handing it to Taylor as he kissed her quickly. With a wink he backed away from the edge of the stage and nodded to Anna.

Austin played while he smirked at Taylor and then he actually began to listen to the words as he thought about what she was singing. All of the fans in the crowd were screaming and laughing as Austin began to shake his head and then he got close to Taylor and mouthed the words Just wait until later. He chuckled and when the song ended he started playing I'm Yours by Jason Mraz and the drummer joined in. He sang the lyrics and smiled at Taylor innocently.

Austin saw Anna walk out and he laughed softly as he looked at Taylor and then turned to the crowd. Let's give a hand to the beautiful Taylor! As everyone started cheering and clapping, Austin kissed Taylor and then walked off of the stage with her hand in his while he looked for the stuff he had on his person earlier. Just then three fan girls ran up and crowded around Austin, pushing Taylor aside. Two of them asked Austin to marry them and the third kissed Austin and then Austin pushed them all aside. I told you all, Taylor is my girlfriend and I am happy dating her. Just then he got an idea that came into his head. He looked around and saw a ring that was on in a ring box. It had a diamond in it and a gold band. He walked up to the guy and offered him a lot of money and then he came back with the ring. Austin walked out onto the stage, which was still without performers and he motioned for Taylor to walk out there with him, keeping the ring hidden. When she was out there, Austin smiled at everyone.

Someone turned on his microphone and he got down on one knee in front of Taylor while he pulled out the ring. Taylor, will you make me the happiest man alive and marry me? He mouthed the words please a few times as he looked at her and then waited for a response as he opened the ring box.

Austin grinned as Taylor said yes and then pulled him into a kiss which he gladly accepted while everyone started cheering and shouting loudly. Finally Austin pulled away and looked into Taylor's eyes. Thank you, Taylor...for everything. Just then police ran into the building carrying what mortals would think were guns but were actually swords. Austin swore and then reached into his jacket to grab his dagger but it wasn't there. How could that be possible unless...the girls earlier. One of them had taken the dagger and now he had no weapon. Austin handed Taylor the ring and kissed her again before he pushed her back slowly. Run and get help, preferably Kodee and Dallas. I'll be alright and when this is over then we will plan that wedding. With that, Austin walked forward toward the whole stage full of cops and raised his hands carefully. Already he was thinking about how this would go down without a weapon to fight with.

Kodee rested on the chair still asleep when suddenly Taylor ran into the house yelling his name and looking for him. Blinking away the pain he looked up and then moaned in pain as he tried to sit up. What's wrong, Taylor? And why are you wearing a ring? Kodee was too tired to figure out what had happened at the concert nor did he really care much to be honest.

Dallas ran down the stairs as he grabbed his swords from his wall next to the door and then saw Taylor looking randomly for them. He skidded to a halt as he noticed the ring as well. It was gold with a diamond, not too large but certainly nothing to laugh at either, in the center while it held smaller gems along the band. He blinked a few times and then stopped breathing because he saw the look on Taylor's face at that very moment. Apparently even though Austin had obviously proposed to her and she said yes, something had happened for neither Austin or Anna to be there.

Austin took the sword and then hefted it, twirling it over his knuckles while testing the weight. As the police ran forward with their own weapons at the ready, he caught the sword and then stepped forward to thrust the blade forward into the first police man's chest. A cloud of ash enveloped him and two more police fell to arrows when Austin swung and yet another police officer fell. In all honesty none of them were actually police but were monsters and yet none of them could fight apparently. Austin noticed that Anna had entered the room with her bow and that she didn't have her guitar or her jacket. He would have to figure out what the deal was with that one later or something would happen to him.

Kodee stood up slowly in pain just to meet Dallas' hand pushing him back down onto the chair where he was forced to sit down and go back to sleep. Austin's in trouble...I need to go. Kodee struggled to stand up but Dallas grimaced and dropped his fist against Kodee's chin, knocking him out. It was best for the boy to stay there and rest so that he didn't get killed in the fight.

Dallas walked out of the house and hopped onto the motorcycle, which he revved up and shot off toward the stadium. Already he was formulating a plot to help in the fight but when he arrived and saw the police already swarming and carrying people out. It was about the time that he got off the motorcycle and walked in with his sword drawn that he noticed something wasn't right. Austin was nowhere in sight.

Austin was fighting several guys at once when suddenly a gas was shot right at him and the ground tilted up toward Austin. Within seconds he was falling forward and already losing consciousness, wondering what was going on. Hopefully Taylor was safe and had found a way home so that she would have someone to help. Still he was in a worse situation than they were since he was lying on the ground being surrounded by monsters. The hands of someone wrapped around Austin and he was lifted up and ran outside to a dark van, leaving behind his head band, guitar, and the sword he had been carrying.

Dallas went to follow the van but as he made it to the door, a small gas pellet hit him in the chest and soon he was unconscious and right next to Austin who was still out cold. This just wasn't a good day for anyone involved but the last thing to enter his mind before Dallas went out entirely was to drop his sword so they would know he tried. The sword clattered to the ground and Dallas was thrown into the back seat as the engine roared to life and the car sped down the street leaving very little to say they had been there. Still a bike key was lying next to the sword as well and that would help them get near enough to them.

As the car stopped, Kodee blinked and realized he had been knocked out but he couldn't figure out what was going on. Slowly he stood up and walked outside to see a black car had hit the curb and was infested with vines while Rebecca was lying on the ground passed out. With his extreme headache he walked over to the little girl and lifted her into his arms. Quickly Kodee walked inside and laid her down on the couch as he pulled the blanket over her small body. Kodee tucked Rebecca in and then sat down next to her, rubbing her hand over hers while he comfortingly hummed to the girl who had used her power too much.

Kodee chuckled and wrapped his arms around Rebecca in a hug while she stuck her tongue out at him and spoke about him being knocked out. The son of Thanatos tapped his finger against the little girl's chest and then made a serious face. Quit using your powers so much already, little lady! That will eventually kill you if you do it too much.

Kodee smiled warmly and nodded his head in understanding. He knew what it felt like to want to help and being unable to help as much as wanted, like today where he was sitting here taking care of Rebecca. Finally he wrapped Rebecca's hand in his and kissed her on the forehead. Get some sleep so that you can help more, alright?

Austin was busy laying there completely unresponsive as his mind took him on course of what he expected in his future, or wanted to be more realistic. Austin was standing at the alter with a nice black tuxedo and a red tie while he watched all of his friends and family shuffle into the room. He had his hair combed just so and his weapons were nowhere in sight as he waited for the most beautiful girl in the world to come out towards him.

Then it happened, out of the main part of the building walked Taylor in a white dress with a bouquet of roses while she had her ring on her finger and the veil trailing behind her. She was beautiful and he watched as she walked up the aisle smiling at him. When she got there he smiled at her and the ceremony began. It was a perfect wedding and that was what he wanted for his life was to be normal and be with Taylor for the rest of that life.

Dallas was in a similar state but no dreams went through his mind, just a blank slate.

Austin jolted awake in a matter of seconds as he heard the words Anna said and realized that what he'd been watching hadn't been real but a dream. Instead of seeing the day of his wedding, Austin saw Anna and Taylor as well as Ashley who were all looking at him and Dallas. Dallas was lying on the seat still unconscious and all Austin could remember was seeing smoke and then waking up like this after that vivid dream. It's not time for my wedding! Why would you mess with me like that?

Dallas remained unresponsive, having taken a stronger dose of the gas than Austin.
